Weaving Programme

You’re invited to our free weaving programme!

Our newest project at Orkney Art Club is a fully funded weaving programme for ages 16-25.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of loom weaving, taking home their own woven project. Towards the end of the programme, you’ll also work towards a collaborative piece, with a group of likeminded, creative and supportive people.

This project is perfect for those who have an interest in art or design, but haven’t tried weaving before, or have limited experience.

The programme starts on Wednesday the 1st of February, from 5.30pm- 8.30pm, and will be held at The Loom Room, Garrison Road, Kirkwall, KW15 1RH.
